When I'm alone, I think and think and think.

It’s okay to overthink, as long as you don’t allow you’re thoughts to bother you. I’ve found that writing in a journal really helps me when I can’t stop thinking about something. If you write down everything that you’re thinking, and then go back and read it, it really helps. When you write something and then re-read it, it allows you to take a step back and really understand what it is that is bothering you.
