There isn’t an off switch for insecurities, Hon; if there was that would be great. What I’m trying to say is that it takes time to feel confidant with who you are and to accept your imperfections. There’s this awesome article, that I’ve actually read for myself before : 5 Things to Do When You Feel Insecure. It’s a great article, and it makes a lot of sense so I hope it helps. :)
